Nostalgia

Returning to BBTC this evening has brought back many years of memories. In 1985, it was just a piece of green and empty land. By 1987, BBTC was built. This is where it all started... The above staircase is where much of the "running about the church" took place...

We're back!

It has been a long long time that we did not celebrate the birthday of Boys, Primers and Officers at company level. Finally, we're back! "Happy & Blessed Birthday Guys!"

It's been 22 years

I started helping up in church camps in December 1987.
My very first camp was with PSLE pupils.

Through it, a total of about 25 pupils attended Sunday School
regularly from 1988 - 1991. Thereafter, they moved on in life.

Today, after Church Service at Bethesda Community,
one of them, Alvin Lim Swee Heng, rang me up.

Apparently, Alvin has arranged with 2 others and visited
my former Church, Bethesda (Bedok-Tampines) Church.

He picked me up from Singapore EXPO and we had lunch
together with Grace Chua, Jasmine Tan, Ivan Tan and family.

Alvin is married, working at Aerospace.
Ivan is married, with a son, self-employed.
Grace Chua is single, working at IRA, Tax Officer.
Jasmine is married, 3 kids (10, 8, 4), family business.

We are also planning to meet up with:
1. Adrian Toh - SPF 2. Rui Cai - Contractor
3. Stanley Chan - Self employded
4. Vincent Wee - Social Worker, now at BC
5. Benjamin Yang 6. Timothy Foo
7. Andy Lau 8. Jimmy Chua
and others...
