Subsequently, according to the Sales-person, it's only at $71 for any 3 Users for 2 Years! Guess it benefits in the long run. That's provided AVG is still around. = )

RAMS & SAFETY
Last Saturday, Andy Chua, Edward Tan, Kevin Eu & myself attended a briefing by Ministry of Education, Co-Curricular Activities Branch (MOE-CCAB) at Evans Road.
It was a time where MOE-CCAB affirms the presence of Volunteer Adult Leaders (VALs) in public schools. At same time, to help VALs understand the importance of Risk Assessment Management System (RAMS). For SAFETY is paramount in all activities!
It reminds me of the Leadership Development Course 2 (LDC2) that was conducted in June 2007, where i was the Course Commander.
At that time, I remember cracking my head to prepare a simple message for both Trainers & Helpers; and for Boys. The only reason is to ensure the Safety of All!
This is what God has given me. Very Simple & Powerful Message. Feel free to use it!
For Trainers & Helpers:
Jesus is still (R) elevant Today (A) ble to Help; (M) ighty to.. (S) ave! The recognition of the importance of inviting the Presence of God into all our activities. To help us run it smoothly with zero accidents!
For Boys:
(S) afety is Paramount! (A) ctive Partipation from All! As it builds.. (F) rienship that will produce.. (E) ffective (T) Teamwork that will also.. (Y) ield Positive Outcome!

Jesus Camp
i watched it this evening with Kenneth Eu @ Vivocity Europa.
In my opinion, it is a good documentary. Extremely timely. It felt like a 'last call' from God for the Americans to return to the Lord and to repent from all wrongs.

Books (PG)
I was at Bras Basah Complex this afternoon and saw this notebook at Popular Bookstore. It sounds cheeky but it speaks volume about men who are useless!
In the evening, I was at Times Bookstore (Tampines) and saw another book about men. Read it and you will discover that once again, it speaks negatively about men!
What in the world is happening? Hereby, we are seeing "Gender-Bashing" each other with words. It may be humourous and even create awareness about a particular gender. The fact is, people only remembers the negative part!
In the end, you will continue to see "Gender-Bashing" and one gender will demand "better treatment" from the other.
It is thus not surprising that over at the new shop at Great World City i.e. "I wanna Go Home", you will notice a very nice pillow but with an extremely annoying BIG WORD, "BITCH"! What's going on? Is it funny? It is not!!!
Thus said the Lord, "..for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.." Romana 3:23

L.I.F.E
What is L.I.F.E?
The meaning of L.I.F.E have always baffled people all over the world!
It is not uncommon that discussions revolve around topics such as the existence of evil versus good; devil versus god; hell versus heaven etc.
Thus, not surprisingly, many have gone "all-out" in search of the meaning of L.I.F.E. In the end, we saw many "versions" of worship.
The brevity of L.I.F.E itself, no one can deny. And when the supposedly 'dead' awaken and returned to speak of another world, it makes L.I.F.E itself even more complicated.
One wonders..."to believe or not to believe" about "L.I.F.E after death"? It's so confusing!
Regardless of what one believes in, the fact is, people react to the unknown differently. Some will do anything to appease the unknown; whereas others will 'intellectually' disregard it altogether.
Is there L.I.F.E after death? What is it like after one dies?
During this Chinese Seven Month, do you fear the unknown? Are spirits real? How do we deal with such things? Is there any answers to overcome these fears?

The Joy of Receiving
i just reached home not long ago.
It was a pleasant surprise to hear from a good friend (Zhong Cai) today. He just came home from Hong Kong last Friday and wanted to pass me this evening some 'biscuits' that he bought from there. So kind of him to do so. Here it is...
Upon reaching home, i saw an envelope on my table. It was a belated birthday greeting card and a ISETAN voucher from my 2nd brother, Simon Sim & his family.
The Joy of Receiving. Thank guys for making my day!

Watch your hearing!
I travel to work daily by the public transport and would notice many listening to music with a pair of ear-pieces. Very often, it appears that these people are not aware that they're blasting themselves to deafness! The sad truth is, deafness is irreversible!
"Your ears are very delicate, prolonged exposure to sound pressure levels above 85dBA will cause damage to your hearing. If you have ever been to a party or to a concert where loud music was played, you may have experienced Temporary Threshold Shift (TTS). This temporary loss of hearing can become permanent if exposure is done on a regular basis. If this happens, you will never hear fully again. The only real solution then would be to be fitted for a hearing aid - not an attractive prospect for anyone, especially a teenager.
One way to tell if you’ve been exposed to excessive sound pressure levels is that you tend to hear a ringing in your ears."
