Slept at around 3:15am this morning, after chatting with Jason & Darius on the MSN. Woke up at around 9:30am ; ON my comp; It auto-logs ON to MSN; saw Nathaniel and arranged to meet him at 11:45am for lunch. But didn't get to leave my house till around 11:55am! Cos i read the newspapers and noted some crazy people are paying between $550K - $720K for a HDB Flat in town areas.
As such, i spoke with mom. She agreed that if there are people who are willing to folk-out anything between $400K to $450K for our HDB 4A room in Tampines (just recently re-painted and filled with new appliances), we will sell the house! Thus, i decided to SMS and speak to Kevin Eu, who is now a housing agent. He couldn't believe his ears!
Nonetheless, i explained, in reality, my flat may worth around $450K in 10 years time. Moreover, Tampines is a superb location, near to all amenities, with lots of future developments coming up, plus my flat is less than 20 years! Thus, those who have sold their private apartment recently through en-bloc sales would have more than enough to pay for a HDB flat that is less than $500K!!!
At 12:15pm, i reached Techview. Nathaniel, Jeremy, Tai Chin and a few others were there. We'd our lunch and proceeded on to BNSS. Opened parade at 1pm; had CE (shared the importance of having Reflections in our lives, in order to do well in our lives). Thereafter, the older Boys & Primers helped the Sec 1 Boys to put on their newly tailored BB Uniform and accessories. Only 08 Sec 1 Boys were present today, out of the 14. They looked great! Took a couples of photos for them.
At around 4pm, Kiat Sheng and Zhe Hao conducted Drill for the Sec 1 & 2 Boys till about 4:30pm, where the Boys played some games till 5pm. From 5-7pm, as before, some Boys stayed behind to play basketball and Star Wars Board game. From 7-9:30pm or so, had dinner with Jeremy, Isaac, Dominic and Cheng Hoong. We'd a great time of fellowshipping.
There goes my Saturday :)
